i eat a lot of junk foods haha.
if i were to eat:
breakfast: cereal and low fat milk
lunch: an apple, water, and fat free yogurt
snack: water and a grapefruit
dinner: lean meat, broccoli, water
and run for 30 minutes a day
would i see a difference in my body within a couple of months as in losing a small amount of weight and toning my legs?
i want to do it as healthfully as possible

I think that is a good choice of healty meals. However, if you are working out, you need to introduce a little more carbs (whole wheats) into your diet for energy.
