what are some excersizes that i can do like in my room (like not running) but anything else.
i no i need to eat less sugary,fat and low carb stuff so don't tell me stuff NOT to eat , tell me good stuff TO eat,
also, is it true that when you lose weight ur boobs go first? (link)

An example of food you can eat is special K cereal...I KNOW, I KNOW...its nasty! Just get the ones with the red berries and eat with a bannana. I eat that. SOMETIMES. I've never actually tried doingg it for a week....but I got a little bit skinnier.
Im not sure if your boobs go first when you loose weight...but my best friend told me ...that your booty and boobs are ALWAYS FIRST. Im not sure its true...but maybe it is? Have'nt you seen the lady's that are athletes on TV, or the women who do work out videos's? THEIR FLAT A** HELL! They still got booty though...hopefully someone else can help you more with that one...
Movingg on to exersizes you can do ...examples are like ...you can put your feet under the sofa...and bend your knees...and cross your arms, holdingg on to ur shirt on each side...and crunch all the way up...then down. I do that. I think im fat...but i used to be 116 pounds...now im 110.
