Hey my names Chrissabelle and I love giving advice. I always have. Most of my friends call me Chrissie but really like to be called anything. Well... :p I really would like to be a psycologist when I get older. I love listening to other people, I've always been a good listener and I love to help people to the best of my abilities. I love being with family, hanging out with friends, ice skating, and tennis. I also love to laugh and have fun. Who doesn't? Honestly I just am a really happy person although I can come off really serious to people who don't know me which really sucks. I haven't been answering advice for a few weeks because of numerous reasons but now I'm back and so glad to be able to help everyone again. I really hope I can guys =) That's about it so ask me anything, anytime you need advice and I'll try to help you as best I can!

Im about 5'4 and weight 143 pounds. If i did 400 sit ups a night how long do you think it would take to get a 6 pack ? (link)

lol, no you're not dumb. I actually just figured that out this year when I asked my friend the exact question =). Ok during sit ups you're laying down with your knees bent and you cross your arms. You then sit all the way up. With crunches on the other hand, you lay down and put your legs in the air. You then cross your legs while they are up in the air. Then, instead of sitting all the way up you only have to go about 8-11 inches off the ground. You then hold it for about 5 seconds and lay back down whereas a sit up you go down right away. Crunches are pretty much half-situps. I hope I helped to explain it a little better =).
400 sit ups a night is really good. If you're willing to do 400 sit ups a night I give you a whole lot of credit. Lol. Well, to answer you're question it really depends on other things such as your eating habbits. Exercise works great but you still have to eat right to help along a 6 pack. The average amount it would take to get some results is about 2 to 3 weeks. To get a 6 pack with just sit ups though it would take pretty long but you may feel some bumps after a few months. You have to do other things such as crunches which are what really make your stomach strong. If you stick with crunches the results will occur even faster. I really hope this helped! =)
