im not fat but i wana loose weight. for the past week or two, ive been running for atleast 15 minutes a day on a tredmil (plus cheerleading and volleyball), and cuting down my meals. i eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack inbetween and i dont eat sweats. i weighted about 123 but i think i might weigh the same or a pound less. should i be seeing results better or am i being impatient? what else can i do?
Instead of eating 3 big meals a day try eating 6 small meals a day without snacking inbetween. Make sure also that your burning more calories then your eating. Running is the key to losing weight. Did you know just by working out you raise your heart rate so when your resting you burn more calories then you would if you didn't work out. Also drinking 8 glasses of water a day will totally help you lose weight. Hope i helped hun.
