Hey my names Chrissabelle and I love giving advice. I always have. Most of my friends call me Chrissie but really like to be called anything. Well... :p I really would like to be a psycologist when I get older. I love listening to other people, I've always been a good listener and I love to help people to the best of my abilities. I love being with family, hanging out with friends, ice skating, and tennis. I also love to laugh and have fun. Who doesn't? Honestly I just am a really happy person although I can come off really serious to people who don't know me which really sucks. I haven't been answering advice for a few weeks because of numerous reasons but now I'm back and so glad to be able to help everyone again. I really hope I can guys =) That's about it so ask me anything, anytime you need advice and I'll try to help you as best I can!

I really want to lose weight but i'm just way too lazy to do anything and i don't know if i could really commit if i start. So how do i get my lazy butt of this computer chair and start toning up? And does anyone have some exercise tips like say do 10 push ups today and add 10 more the next day? Thanks! (link)

Hey. Yeah you sound like me and more than half of the people out there. It's so hard to commit to a diet when the food all looks so good =). But anyways, what I try to do is make it fun for myself and make a diet and excercise plan. I write down a schedule for myself to do every day and try to stick with it. Diets aren't really about eating less but more of eating Right. Just push yourself to stick with eating salads, or soup and potatoes with sliced meatloaf. Set a time amount for yourself (such as one month, 3 months, less, or longer) and write this on your schedule too. If you have a tredmill you can run on it for 20 or 30 minutes per day too. If you don't and don't want to use equipment you can do a certain amount of jumping jacks per day, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches etc. The pyramiding (adding on to the amount of excercises each day)sounds good and I would stick with that. As long as you have an organized schedule you can do it! I really hope this helped and good luck! =)
