if there's any mega health freaks out there, do you know if its good for you if you drink a bottle of vitamin water (multi-v) a day? or can you get sick from it from having too many vitamins?
i've been thinking about it lately and its confusing me.
Those drinks are not healthy for you at all. They have tons of sugars in them and are basically the same as gatorade. So unless you are doing some serious exercising you don't need to drink one everyday. You are better off taking a mulit-vitamin daily.
