about
I'm a mom of two, who has had her share of problems, and likes to help others with their own. I love helping people, and knowing that I can make a difference. I can't help with everything, but I'll always try to make people smile and just feel good about themselves. I've had more than my share of family drama and problems; what with my parents coming from two different and clashing cultures. I've also moved around a lot and had to deal with changing schools and all the trauma of making new friends and fitting in. I'm good with questions about friends, relationships (love, family..you name it), tough decisions, technology, and other weird random questions.I'm a great listener, but I make sure to understand both sides of the story as well.
advice
HI Advicenators :)
Okay so i have to get my wisdom teeth out IN EXACTLY A MONTH my mom just told me today.(she just booked it) I am pretty much terrified right now! I dont know what to get..the "shot" or the "gas" id rly prefer the gas b.c i hate getting shots in my arm..eww it grosses me out! But can any of you tell me which is better (expirenced answers are probaley the best) I really need to know, and can you tell me how long it will hurt after, and will it hurt while in the process. Im so scared i think ill cry..Thankyou.
im a huge baby, and i got both; gas and shot. lool
and you don't feel a thing during the surgery, especially since your knocked out..haha. i dont even remember getting home. i woke up and im on my couch.
i remember it was REEAALLY painful afterwards though, i could barely move my head, and there was an awful taste in my mouth for a while.
but u get awesome painkillers for the pain, and i actually ate the second day.
dont be scared though. you wont feel a thing until after its over, and then the pain doesn't really matter, because it will eventually go away.
i remember i was terrified too, more than terrified..so i completely understand.
oh the pain usually lasts around a week, and then u start feeling a little better. my suggestion for you, though, is stay home that week and just rest in bed. i didnt, and i'd come home and crash from the pain.
so yaa definitely take a week off to recuperate.
Good Luck! :):)
