advice
k ` wel i mean im not really fat ya kno i weigh about 129 or 130 . i just wanna lighten up on my foods & i wanna start workin out to get my body in [ shape ] i thought cheerleading would help me lose weight but it actually hasnt ''/ i just wanan lose maybe about 10 or 15 pounds . i want abs :] .. wat do i needa do 2 succeed in this . iv tryed like everythign for real . dieting . its just doesnt work for me ... please help
try cutting out most junkfoods you've been eating. if you eat at mcdonalds, replace it with subway. if your gonna eat a bag of chips, replace it with an orange, etc. also, try doing around 50-60 crunches a day to make your stomache flatter. i've been trying it since new years and i already loss five pounds. :)
