advice
im 15/f and i weight 137 and i amm like 5'3 or 5'2 and i wanna get down to 110-115 ppounds before bathing suit season and i wanna get a flat stomach so if anyone can think of a good diet or w.e thatd be greatt..thankyouuuu !
try the special k diet.
it works for me :)
all you do is eat two bowls of Special K, and then the third meal can be whatever (just under 500 calories though). and you can loose up to 6lbs (a jean size) in two weeks!

as for excersises, just do some push ups and take a thirty minute walk every day/every other day.
