hello. I am 13/f, 5'2 and i weigh about 138 pounds. Is that really overweigh? Also, what is the fastest most efficent way to lose weight other then the excerise and eat less? Is there a SPECIFIC exercise i should do everyday? -thanks ALOT
You are 13 and growing. It is all baby fat! Once you start growing, you will loose it all and watch how skinny you will be. I was like you and wondered the same thing. I grew and lost weight last summer. But if you want to exercise, then do it!!!! Its healthy. Do exercise for at least 1 hour a day. At least 15 minutes of jogging everyday. Also, eat healthy.
