Hokay so, I am Camille. And that was a load of warm, bs Erin just wrote. We are 4 girls who sit at the same lunch bench together everyday at our HS. Me and Erin usually collaborate on our answers, but, most of the answers are from Erin...I just sit there and watch. Funny questions asked to us are thanks to Michelle...and Kristy..well...when you see low ratings, thank Kristy. So when your bf breaks up with you and you are devistated DONT ask Kristy for advice. hello. I am 13/f, 5'2 and i weigh about 138 pounds. Is that really overweigh? Also, what is the fastest most efficent way to lose weight other then the excerise and eat less? Is there a SPECIFIC exercise i should do everyday? -thanks ALOT

Cut out one sugary thing a day and add one healthy exercise.
For example,
do you drink two sodas a day?
Well, stop drinking one soda, and go for a 30 minute walk while talking on your cell instead of sitting.
That creates a 250 Calorie difference; you should be 5 to 10 pounds thinner in a month/two mmonths.
