What is a quick and easy excercise to get a flat stomach? And this might sound really weird but in the morning my stomach is kind of flat but throughout the day it kind of like.. grows.. lol well it is definitely bigger by the end of the day, I really don't like this so are there any excercises to get rid of this besides eating healthy (which I am already doing) Thanks!

Run. Running overall tones your entire body, and also it will build your endurance so you can excercise longer without getting out of breath or getting cramps. Also, do situps and crunches, which really target stomach flab. Hope I helped =]
