Hello, all- I'm Becky. I'm 16 years old but wise far beyond my years, so hopefully you can expect some good advice from me. I'm not here to spit out cutesy answers to every single question- I won't be a bitch, but I'll be sure to tell it like it is. Just accept it, and consider less-than-sweet answers as tough love. :]advice
I have the orginal iPod and its few years old. Recently it has been freezing and i just let it die and then charge it again and its fine. But now its not working at all. I have tried everything, seriously. When i turn it on it has a little iPod with am unhappy face on the screen and a "!" with a triangle around it.
what does this mean!
how do i fix it!
i cant tell my mom she'll kill me
and she wont let me get a new one.

You should take it to Best Buy, the Apple store, Circuit City, or any place that has people who can fix problems like that. They will be able to either fix it, give you a new one (if it's still on warranty), or send it off to the Apple Company if they aren't able to fix it. Don't worry about telling your mom; it really isn't your fault so it's unfair if she gets mad at you, and I think the cost isn't very much (maybe free?) to have someone fix it (especially if its on warranty).
