hey Im brooke and im in the back of the photo with the blonde hair. i love to have fun!! i take pics all the time and i cant help it!!!! im a cheerleader 4 my school and another squad!! i also do dance. and im on the varsity squad of the volleyball team.

i have an amazing boyfriend named gabe. we've been together for a 10 monthes. i also have the most amazing best friends ne1 could ask 4. and alot of them r in my picture. i havent been on here in awhile buti promise to come on more often to help you guys with nething you need help with.


im on my cheerleading squad at my highschool. i was on a squad 4 a public squad. i can give advice 4 people who want to be on a cheerleading squad or need help with their squad!! please ask 4 advice on cheerleading or nething else u need help with ok! ask 4 advice even if u think it sounds silly ill no wat u mean. i am a very experienced cheerleader! i will keep uploading pics of my stunts, jumps, and cheers.

i have done cheerleading 4 almost 7 years and im very experienced with my cheerleading and i dont care if u say i stink or thats not my pic cause it is. i am very good and have had my compotion on tv when we were at nationals i have 26 trophies, 13 ribbons, and lots of pictures of me doing cheerleading! im also on a team called jets. neways now im on 3 teams. :]

Um; wednesday. in two days.

ok well in my recent tryouts we had to do a toetouch and a herkey so thats good!! this is how you do a toetuch:

Stand with some space in front and behind you. Avoid hitting anything that might cause injury.
Bend at the waist, keeping your legs straight, until you can relax and let your upper body hang down in front of you. This is a good start to let your back flex naturally and prepare for the actual excercise. This may be a good place to start.
Let your arms and hands hang down naturally.
Now, begin to stretch out your arms and try to touch your toes. Keep in balance and go slowly. Muscles do not react well to 'bouncing' motion, but rather slow, stretching motion.
When you are stretched as much as possible without serious pain, (touching or not), count at least to 5 seconds, if not 10 seconds. The longer the stretch, the more effective it will be.
Now, relax and let you body return to 'hanging'. Make sure you are breathing, and comfortable.
In order to return to standing position, flex your knees slightly, and put your hands on your knees. This will ease the pressure on your back, and allow you to stand back up without risk of injury.
Stand straight up with good posture and let your back relax and your muscles return to normal.
Repeat this cycle until your legs and back are slightly tired. The length and extent of your exercise will vary based on your level of fitness.
Slowly increase the amount and extent of toe touching as you are able.

is basically like a toe touchexept instead of 2 legs to each side 1 is 2 the side and the other is bent
