hello i would really love a dog because i love animals and have always wanted a dog. My dad loves dogs but the problem is that we have 2 cats, is thier anyway we can teach them or get a special type of dog? (link)

Hi.
I have two dogs and we introduced the little one to the cat he was afraid of it. If you get a larg dog then it may not turn out that way. If you get a small dog, chances are that it will be afraid of your cats.
