There's this boy that I am on and off with. I mean I really like him but I have a tendency to find the tiny bad things in people and trip over it completely and normally that's why I have dumped him a lot. I don't know if I should give him a longer chance and stick with him or move on... But I do really like him and I always will and I know that I get jealous when girls flirt with him. What should I do?

Just a guess, but maybe you're like me and afraid to commit. Like you have things to be done of your own interest and aren't ready to worry about someone else as deeply. I used to find things in people that would be total turn-offs, but they probably don't have more quirks than anyone of us. It's just that if we always focused on such small things we'd be missing the big picture and when you miss that: it's gone and it's not always something you could redeem.
