Q: okay i am overweight a little and i really want to lose my weight over the summer. the thing is i have to do it by having fun otherwise i lose interest and stop. so i decided to lose weight by jumping on a trampeline every day for a good amount of time. my question is, is this a good way to lose weight? also can you lose a lot? and what are some more fun activities like this? thanks wil rate high.
