Q: today i let the dog out to chain it up and it ran out of my yard and down the street and i tried to catch it but before i could it ran out in the street and it got hit, and hes hurt and i don't think hes going to make it. And i feel like its all my fault! i don't know what to do i feel so bad. and now i feel bad that i didn't go to the vet with my mom and my brother, but i just couldn't go cause i feel so bad. what do i do?

You had to let the dog out, what were you supposed to do? The dog chose to run out into the street..so it's not your fault! The dog didn't know any better. I know you probably feel bad, I love dogs and their awesome...but what happened happened...hopefully he makes it and if he doesn't, dont blame it on yourself because he was the one who ran into the street. Just hope for the best! Hopefully this helps you a little, but I know the pain of almost losing a dog. I'ts hard.
