Hey everyone! My name is Kristen, I'm 20 and I'm a college junior studying pharmacy. I've been blessed with a really good life, and part of the reason for that is because I've learned to see GOOD in everything that happens to me.

I love giving advice, and I've been told that I do a good job at it, but I'll let you decide! Feel free to ask me anything... don't be shy, that's why I'm here. I've been through a lot... moving from one country to another, leaving and finding new friends, break ups, boys, middle school, high school, college, self esteem issues... pretty much most things that people need help with.

Is it possibly to loose 5-8 pounds in 2 - 3 weeks? If so, can anyone give me tips? Thanks. xoxo, I'll rate.

hey! yes it is possible! it is healthy and normal to lose about 2 pounds a week! anything more, and it sounds like a crash diet which will take weight off but put it right back on as soon as you are done with it!

run or jump rope every day, do crunches every other day, drink a LOT of water, have smaller meals every 3 hours instead of 3 big meals a day and DON'T skip breakfast, and cut out all junk food and soda! drink low fat milk and water instead of coke, go for proteins like grilled skinless chicken breast (instead of fried) and fish, and eat a lot of fruits and veggies!! :) good luck!
