What can you do? She tells you to shut up and deal with it. You could stop talking to her completly, but then again...these relationships dont last forever right? I give it a few weeks, they'll break up and she'll be crying and asking you for help! But shes acting boy crazy because she really likes this guy, and she could care less about you or any of her other girlfriends. I know it sucks to hear that, but thats what happens. Girls dont care about their friends when they have a boyfriend, especially at your age. So forget about her, let her do what she wants.
And when they break up(which will probably be soon), she'll be her normal self. Personally, I dont like this friend.
