Q: when you do crunchs or situps with your legs straight up does it do more to your stomach then it does when your legs are bent? thansk.

Yes it does because you have to work harder to get your stomach to do the crunch, which means better results. It only works if you keep your legs straight the whole time...if you cant do it (usually it hurts) just do it the normal way. =)
