Q: I want to go on a crash diet, yea its bad for me but w/e iDc. SO my meals everyday would consist of:
Breakfast: Some sort of fruit
Lunch: A small snack maybe a sandwhich or something of that sort
Dinner: Maybe a bowl of rice and some meat. or just anykind of plain meat.
That way i get some of the pyramid into my daily meals.. So tell me if that is good enough or not
and no i will not be throwing up any of this food. im not belimic or anorexic.
