Q: Whats the difference between anorexia and bulimia?

arent they technically the same thing because either way you aren't getting food into you system?

and which one would cause the worst effects to your body?

Anoerxia is when you don't eat at all or eat very small amounts of food (Like three grapes)

Bulimia is binge eating. You eat tons of food, really fast then throw it up right after.
