How often should you change your pads?
I get my period heaviest the first two days.
Are tampons comfortable? I'm petite.. and I dance so I think using a pad would be uncomfortable while I'm dancing..
Should I use a tampon when I'm dancing? OR can I just use a pad?

well most pads and tampons come with like directions! i no that sounds weird but its useful

the longest i think you should leave on a pad is like 2 hours specially when its really heavy! but if its not heavy then 3 and a half!

tampons are soo much comfortable to wear! exspeicaly if your gonna be dancing! PADS are annoying as crap to me! if you havent worn a tampon yet! i suggest Tampax pearls plastic!! i wouldnt use cardbored its like harder to me!! but yeah

only leave a tampon in for about 2 hours no more becuase you could get TSS for leaving a tampon in to long!

i wear tampons durring the day then ate night i wear a pad to bed!

and no you cant swim with a pad! thats why you should get use to tampons there more comfortable to do things in! *when you know how to use them right* and you can swim in a tampon!!
