i REALLY don't get this. there are [a lot of] people out there who cut, and say it's addicting. but doesn't it HURT? why would you want to do something again that hurt you? i heard that "it takes away the hurt from the inside" but i still don't get why people do it. it kina bothers me.. 13/f in case it matters. _(link)

well it depends! some people do it because it makes them feel better! others do it because seeing the sight of there own blood makes them feel better
but i guess it always depends on who it is!
