so recently ive been trying to lose some weight. running, eating right (or trying) and mentally training my mind. ive lost some weight but i just cant seem to lose anymore.. and its really making me rethink the whole process and just want to give up. what should i do? (link)

first do not give up!! secondly. what you should is workout more often. try to force yourself to go to the gym aleats 5 times a week b/c that'll help you alot in weight loss and gaining yur confidence. another thing you should do is make healthier food choices. eat foods that have less calories. and eat lots of foods that r good 4 u b/c that will also help you! well good luck! bye!
