Ok well when iwas 5 i had a habit of biting my nails off. And now at 13, i have a habit or picking my ifingers like picking the skin off and making it bleed arround the cuticle and stuff. I know its gross. Whaever i do, hold suimthin on hit my hand, i cant stop ive tried everything please help (link)

hey, maybe try siting on your hands or get a friend or/and ur family to tell you when you are doing it because if you know u are doing it than you could have an easier time stopping. good luck hope this helped.
