My real name is Christiana, but most people call me "Nina". I am 18 going on 19. I enjoy helping people--just not when they are still in middle school and asking about love or sex. I do alot of painting on canvas, creative writing, reading, and listening to music. I'm pretty mellow. I love sci fi and fantasy based books and movies. I love medieval history--really I like most history but sometimes I wish I could live in a time period that didn't deal with so many technological complexities. I guess you could say I love the simple things in life...

Hello, I'm a 16 year old female, looking into a Liquid Diet. I'm 5'6 and 150 pounds.

I was wondering if anyone knew any good liquid diets that worked fast and effiecent, also how much it costs and where I would be able to find them.

Also if anyone tried them and had side effects.

Liquid diets are EXTREMELY dangerous. And for your height you are NOT in great need of a diet. But I'm sure I can't convince you of this... so try a healthy diet...go vegetarian or exercise more often. Don't give yourself any avoidable health problems.
