how do you tell a guy friend that you like him without freaking him out?

ok well like when you ask a guy out (or tell him that you like him in your case)I assure you that HE is NOTT gonna get freaked out!!! If you walk up to a stranger then he WILL probably get freaked out!! If you dont know this dude introduce yourself to him.. talk,flirt take it sloww BUT DONT ASK HIM OUT!!(if hes someone you know but he dosnt no you) THE FIRST TIME YOU SEE HIM!!
