♥ I am not single anymore! I have been dating my boyfriend, Derek Betzer, he is also 15. We both go to Pleasant Plains High School.♥ And we have been together for 3 years. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

♥ My family is not so great though. Both of my parents are alcoholics, I have an older sister [20 in February] I talk to her about some of it but I don't think she fully understands because she is not hardly ever home to know what I have to go through.♥ Their drinking problems really bother me. There's not much else to say about them.

hey, im 14 5'1" and 111 pounds, i guess not fat but i feel like im getting "chunkier" than i used to be. Cheerleading starts in 6 weeks and i want to be a little lighter becuase im going to be a flyer, i also want to get rid of some tummy fat and the really annoying flab on my inner thighs! Any ideas that dont need equipment?

Well, you need to start doing crunches, run, ride a bike if you have one, walk, eat healthier food, and make sure you eat breakfast because its the most important meal of the day and if you don't eat it then you don't burn as many calories during the day, also just eat smaller portions. try that!
