Q: how can you loose wight without taking a pill..and it is easy and it is kinda short but you do it a lot and it works goood.. ok im 13 and my wight is 195 and im 5'6 and i lift wights and stuff but the doc says that muscle ways more than fat but i wanna no how to loose me belly fat and leg fat quick and fun... sooo plzz help me with wat kind of exersises and suggestings that you have to tell me..thank you
