I think she is just trying to make up her mind. Or she doesn't see what is right in front of her. When she is telling you what she is looking for in a guy and says something that you are say well i'm that. Just don't say it too much because she might get annoyed. Compliment her on her hair and clothes. Don't act stupid if she gets a bf just wait and see what happens. Girls hate it if guys try and show then how bad that guy is. But you should tell her if he is cheating on her. Be on you toes like if she forgets to do her homework let her copy yours just don't watch her all the time if you do this she will find out that you like her.

As for asking her out. Do it on a day she is really happy. Maybe a day when she doesn't have any test. You should try and do it where it is quiet or not to loud. I know i wouldn't like it if someone asked me out in a lunchroom or bathroom.

I think you should also be asking what you should do if you ask her out and she says no. You should say oh well it was worth a try and ask if you guys are still friends. If she says yes. You might not want to stick around. So if or when you ask her out you should probably do it at the end of a class or the beginning. This way you can have time to think about what you are going to say to her the next time you see her.

(Only do this if she says yes when you ask her out)Bring her flowers and write her love notes(you should probaly type them girls can't stand love notes they can't read)get one of your friends to give your chocolate with a note. Complament her on her clothes and hair.
