i really want another cat but my mom says were not aloud but i dont know why? I also want a dog but my mom hates dogs WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!

show her how responsible you are
show her you can take care of it
show her you can afford it.(meaning, have a steady cash flow for just in case at the vet)
