ok well im 17 and me and my boyfriend met like a month ago at my friends grad party and we just hit it off and now we are an "item". THe bad thing is that he lives in detroit which is like an hour and a half from where i live so we never get to see each other but we talk almost everyday on the phone.we love each other but im just scared to lose him cause i finally found someone worth loving but long distance relationships never work out from what my friends say but i want to know how you guys would handle being in a relationship like mine. thanks

long distance relationships are hard.. but some work out.. you don't want to throw away what you have because of the distance.. i mean if you really love this kid.. distance can't keep you away from him... i mean also if you realy love him.. im sure sometimes once in a while you can make it work.. you gotta think.. is it worth it... could this be "the one" etc make like a pro and con list.. if you really love this boy i wouldn't throw it away because you live an hour and a half away.. plus maybe twice a month or so one of you can drive down to the other and maybe spend the day/night etc. but if you really love him.. i wouldn't give it all up.. :-) hope i helped and if you need anything else just ask
