Hey! Please don't answer saying OMG YOU'RE ANEROXIA or how ever that is spelled.

I'm 15 5'4 female about 135 pounds. I'm not really fat but i'm not skinny, but i use to eat way to much. Like i was bored, so i grabbed a cookie. Lately i've stopped eating and only eat when im hungry. Unfortunaly, i took this to the extreme by accident. I realized today i hadn't eaten (it's 6pm) all day and i should eat, so i had cheese and crackers and now im really full. I honestly hadn't realized how hungry i was. im afraid my body is going to go into starvation mode if i only eat once a day and make me fatter/ is that true? or is eating light once or twice enough to keep it satisfied and use the calories i eat?! well, if you dont eat in the morning, you're body will go into starvation mode and it will store fat, which isnt what you want. so eat something light in the morning. like an apple. and the same thing happens with me, if you dont eat before a certain time, then you wont be very hungry. i agree, you should cut back, just not that much. talk to your doctor to see what kinds of foods you should eat. they usually day to eat 3 meals a day, and honestly, i dont. i eat 2, but now i;m trying to eat something in the morning so i usually dont eat lunch. also try walking to burn off some calories. hope i helped.
