okay theres this boy and his name is chuckie he is so mean to me when my mom isn't around then when I trie to tell my mom what he did she never beleives me or takes up for him like yesturday his older brother was just playing the computer and chuckie came up and slapped him across the back I told my mom and she let him go with it I am sick of this and I need some help on how I can get this kid to stop lieing to my mom and getting my mom to beleive him oh and yesturday he hit my sister really hard for no reason and always buds in on my sisters phone calls and messes with are stuff if we tell him to stop he will get mad and some times hit us or grab us around the neck and I cant set rules because he is older then me so please help I will rate high for good answers / or serious please answer and answer quickly (link)

omg okay you canset this boy down tell your mom what he is doing I know you said she doesn't beleive you but you need to get her to sit down on the couch and get your sister to and have a nice little talk with your mom see what she says if she doesn't beleive ask you parents to take you to the store and buy a cammera and take pictures of what he is doing and you will have visual proof
