thers this gy who lives next door ive seen him twice weve made eye contact once and i don't no him and i feel like im in love with him? how do i meet him without sounding like a complete idiot? what do i say? pleeze help me ill rate high.

ok your already sounding a little wierd..
but one day just go outside while hes out there, but give yourself a reason, like take your cat or dog out or go check the mail. turn on the sprinkler, wash the car. something, you know. then maybe he'll start convo with you, otherwise when your done doing whatever, turn to where he is and if he looks up wave. he should stop out of politeness and say hi. if not, then walk over to him and say something about how he skates good. he'll know your just saying it to talk to him, but thats kind of the point. flirt with him and say something about him teaching you.
