advice
well im 13 years old and weigh bout 108 pounds. im not overweight or anything but i wanted to get down to 105. is there anything i culd do to lose those 3 pounds? {other then the obvious excercise and dont eat junk food} thnx.
Well, the only thing is watch out for your diet dont eat greasy or oily foods and in the summer go to the gym and take dance classes swim and dont eat as much junk food as usual. i know i am not help at all cuz you know this already.. but it truly helps and you will get good results!!
