I always have no idea in the morning on what eye shadow to put on. The main thing is I don't know what colors look good with my hair color. I have a light brownish-blonde hair with a nice light tan. and what color would look good with my lips?

Well it all depends on what your style is for that day. If you are wanting to look kind of wild then go for something bright. Try pastel colors that work with your skin color... colors like bright pink (which brings out color in your cheeks), neon green or aqua blue (which will bring out any color you might have in your eyes). When wearing wild colors on your eyes, always wear something thats not really bright on your lips or you will look overdone. Try a light pink or nude gloss. If you want to go more natural try a light brown eyeshadow or light pink. Lighter colors look more natural. With lighter colors on your eyelids, you can wear more colorful lipgloss. Try colors that are not too dark but not too light. Based on your skin color I would use a gloss with pinkish-gold color to it. It will bring out your tan. Powder eye shadow seems to come off really easily so I suggest you buy cream eyeshadows, or cream eyeshadow sticks. The best brand I think is Cool Effects by Mabelline. There are tons of different shades from Icy White to Cool Blue so you can get a wide range of colors of eyeshadow.
