when somebody says like "meet me here at oh eight hundred" what time do they mean for you to meet them?? i have neve rbeen able to figure out that little system haha. or when somebody asks you to go on a date and they are like "what time" and they go "oh about ninteen hundred! "....what time do they mean?! thankyou! (link)

If someone says something like that try and visualise how it would be written out in number format- so if someone says oh eight hundred they mean 0800 so thats 8 o'clock. And nineteen hundred would be 1900 or 19 o'clock. This is 24 hour clock so you minus 12 from 19 so thats 7 so nineteen hundred hours is 7pm. And if you understand all that I'll be impressed!!!!
