ok im j/w is constantly biting your lips until they bleed then biting them more or always pickiking at scabs until they;re completley off a bad habbit like cutting? i know itz a bad habbit, but is it ANYTHING likr cutting!

umm, well, i think what you're doing a form of self-mutilation / self-harm...and cutting is a form of self-mutilation / self-harm...
though i don't think its as dangerous as cutting, its still a bad habit...you should stop.
