Hey! My name is Kathryn and I am 14. I live in a suburb of Chicago.
I would say that I am a very friendly, loving, adventurous, helping, funny, crazy, outgoing, kinda person.
Some of my intrests include hanging out and talking to friends, helping people, playing soccer, playing basketball, playing ddr, going online, listening to music, drawing, going shopping, reading, and watching movies.
I just love giving people advice and helping them with their problems...I want to either be a counselor or social worker when I grow up.
I try my best with answering questions, and I hope that I can help you!

Hey! Drinking water doesn't do anything to increase or decrease your flow, don't worry. But you should still drink alot of water while you're on your period because you need to stay hydrated.
I hope this helps
