Ok but what i was wondering is.. how do i ask this guy that i completly love if he likes or loves me back? i want it to me in a sweet way not somthing that would sound like forcful...

You tell him you like him! Depending on how he reacts he will show whether he likes you or not. Try and make friends with him first, its kind of scary for us when a girl randomly walks up and says 'Hey, I really like you..' It's been done to me randomly, alot, and I turned them all down because it was, well.... scary. So get to know him first, ya got a whole summer break, yes? ;)
