soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

haha i am SO OUT OF SHAPE. you should play on B team with me! ;)....
lol but if that doesnt make sense and this isnt who i think this is than:
just try to run everyday. even if its just around the block. and do the "6 inches" or whatever its called when you lie down and lift your legs about 6 inches of the ground. it kills but it works.
