soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

try doing a daily runn that is easy. also for you arms try some pushups or lifting wieghts
