i don't know what to do... just got dumped and her reason for dumping me is she wants to be just friends...

That was her decision to dump you. If you're concerned, talk to her and she will tell you why she just wants to be friends. Maybe she likes another guy, or just feels differently about you now. It sucks to be dumped but just talk to her about it. =)
