I wasn't sure what to put this under.. My bestest guy friend told me the other day that he liked me since the day he saw me... I don't know if I could see him that way cuz he is like my best friend and i dont want to hurt our friendship.. All I see him as is a friend... but I dont want to hurt his feelings or make him mad... could someone give me some advice on what i should do?? Thanks in advance!
Ok, if hes THAT good enough to be a best friend, then he'll understand and not be whacked about it. I mean, this is just one of those tests that God throws at you to see if you would know what to do. So, I'd do this. Just go up to him and tell him "hey, I know you like me, but I just see you as a best friend. I mean, I dont wanna hurt our relationship and even if we didnt go out, I dont feel the same way. I'm sorry." and maybe he'll understand. If he does understand, then he's a really awesome best friend. If not, then I'm not really sure what to say. And if you dont feel comfortable telling him face-to-face, then tell him on the phone, email, or IM. I hope I helped.
