I'm trying to reduce my fat and sugar intake- can anyone suggest some low fat, low sugar foods that are good for you to eat on a regular basis? Also, my friend told me that pasta is fattening. I thought it was just complex carbohydrates- not fat or bad for you. Does anyone know how good pasta is for you?

well some ceral has low suger. Um... sandwiches are good for you. Pasta... just not the one with those nice creamy souces. tomato sauce is fine.
Any other foods? well... you could try soup or oat meal. those are also great.

theres prbably more... but those are the main i can think of right now.
