ive become really depressed lately..bc of my weight...im five feet tall and i weigh 135. i dont think im fat but then again i dont know...i have big boobs and a butt..so that sometimes gets mistaken for fat also and makes me look bigger...can someone plz tell me how to get rid of all this weight? i dont have a gym memebership so i cant work out...any suggestions?? try to like uhmm excersie and like do sit ups and stuff or like run or somethingg .. if you excersise and stuff in your room it helps also like listen to music and dance to it and stuff =) hope i helped
