k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

i know u sed everyting ur not fat, and im gunna gree with them. With your height and weight u seem fine, but if u wanna healthily tone up i think runnning is a great way..excersies is great for u and u seem to know that cucz u do a lot of sports. I bet ur rite about ur weight and that it is mostly muscle weight. If you want a second opinon try www.am-i-fat.com.. you can type in ur height and weight and they tell you what they think you could do. Ask your doctor if ur at a healthy weight and if it wud b ok to loose 30 lbs. I think running is good tho and that u shud b ok :)
